The project is a creative approach to an innovative challenge. Designed to engage students in STEM research and development, the project fosters the ability to create interest in engineering and advance aviation technology during a time when it is needed more than ever. Beyond that, the project will teach leadership skills, innovation and manufacturing process’s along with critical project management and collaboration techniques.

Over the past few years similar innovative engineering projects have started all over the world. While these programs are highly advanced and definitely interesting, they seem to miss the mark. Without hands on interaction and student contribution, these often costly initiatives are just another cool technological achievement, out of reach to everyone it set out to inspire.
